Hannah Fontaine, BS

CCS Provider & Outreach Specialist

Hannah is working towards her J.D. at UW-Madison Law School and plans to practice social justice law as a criminal and immigration attorney. She graduated from Harvard College with a degree in History and Literature and a minor in Government in 2021 and volunteered for the Harvard Square Homeless Shelter while enrolled there. Hannah's previous experience working with disenfranchised communities was largely as a liaison between individuals and resources, so she is looking forward to forming more personal relationships with folks experiencing homelessness in the Madison area. A Green Bay area native, Hannah is happy to be back in her home state giving back to the communities that she grew up in.
