Catalyst for Change provides street outreach and mediation services to community members experiencing homelessness in Dane County, Wisconsin. We meet people where they are at to provide survival gear like tents, sleeping bags, propane, and more.

Catalyst for Change provides Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) through Dane County Human Services. Through CCS, we are able to provide wrap-around services and build relationships with individuals experiencing homelessness.

Catalyst for Change values our community partnerships and connections. We believe that to most effectively serve individuals experiencing homelessness, we need to work together as a community to uplift and support our fellow vulnerable neighbors.
