Service Facilitator

Laney is a Service Facilitator (case manager) and Array Service Provider at Catalyst for Change through the CCS program. Laney worked for CFC as an intern and was hired on after achieving their Bachelor’s of Social Work from UW-Madison. Laney is passionate about upholding people’s rights and dignities, especially regarding safe and adequate housing. They are dedicated to promoting and advocating for social justice in all aspects of their work.

Laney strives to empower individuals to navigate complex systems and access essential resources. Their own experiences, those of their loved ones, and those they have met all contribute to their perspective on mental health support. Laney is thrilled to support clients through making their goals a reality and believes deeply in a comprehensive, person-centered approach.

Laney’s hobbies include painting, reading, video games, and finding secondhand treasures. Outside of work, they can usually be found tending to their house plants, thrifting, gushing over a cute animal, or spending quality time with their partner.
