Brooke Frion, BSW
Service Facilitator
Brooke earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree with a minor in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work at the University of Denver. She has extensive experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, as well as adults and children struggling with their mental health and substance use. Since joining CFC two years ago, Brooke has focused her work on supporting youth and adolescents, and now leads the CCS Youth Program. Previously, she was involved in family outreach and helped facilitate a case management program for homeless families. Brooke is passionate about empowering others and finds great fulfillment in identifying and building upon the unique strengths of each of her clients.
